Job Description

Liaison Engineer

Minor Hotels Europe and Americas

• Investigate and resolve manufacturing non-conformances affecting aircraft structures and assemblies • Evaluate manufacturing deviations and determine their impact on product performance, safety, and compliance • Develop engineering dispositions, sketches, and technical solutions in accordance with industry and company standards • Collaborate with Stress, Materials & Processes, Aerodynamics, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to support production activities • Provide technical support for operational issues, design changes, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring customer requirements are met

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of MRB/MAP experience within commercial or business aviation, or 8+ years of aerospace design engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft structures (airframe) and system installations
  • Experience with CATIA V5 or similar CAD software
  • Knowledge of mechanics of materials, stress-strain analysis, and composite materials
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
