• Build and ship high-quality iOS features using Swift. • Develop intuitive mobile experiences across insurance, payments, claims, renewals and financial services. • Work closely with product managers, designers and backend engineers to simplify complex user journeys. • Integrate backend APIs and ensure mobile applications remain stable, scalable and reliable. • Continuously improve application performance, crash rates, loading speed, responsiveness, memory usage and battery efficiency. • Use analytics, production insights and user feedback to continuously improve product quality. • Build AI-assisted mobile experiences where they create meaningful value for users. • Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews and continuous improvement across the mobile platform.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift.
- Strong experience building and maintaining production iOS applications.
- Solid understanding of SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await and modern iOS architecture patterns.
- Strong knowledge of mobile UX, usability, accessibility and user-centered design.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed engineering team.
- Strong ownership, fast execution and attention to product quality.
- GitHub, App Store links or examples of shipped applications are highly preferred.

Role Description ParentsTogether is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the financial health and sustainability of multiple affiliated entities by managing key accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance. The Accounting & Finance Operations Specialist will play a vital role in: - Monthly close procedures - Payroll and time allocations - Reconciliations - Accounts payable/receivable - Collaborating with Finance and Operations staff - Handling documentation and coding - Supporting audit and tax processes Your work will directly contribute to informed decision-making and the achievement of our mission. This role includes supporting financial operations across ParentsTogether Foundation, ParentsTogether Action, and affiliated entities, requiring the ability to manage highly detailed work across interconnected organizations and funding streams. The role requires an exceptionally high level of attention to detail, consistency, and responsiveness. • Identify patterns in payment processing success, chargeback, and fraud rates by analyzing large quantity of data • Monitor and forecast payment related metrics, such as acceptance rate and fraud rate, and predict customer behaviors through data analysis and modeling • Understand the key drivers of company KPIs (Key Performance Indicators such as conversion rate, life time value of a customer, chargeback rate, and fraud rate) and the relative contribution of those drivers to the business performance through financial and statistical modeling • Monitor payment acceptance rates and track performance trends to proactively recommend adjustments to our payment processor allocation strategies when shifts occur • Review transaction and chargeback data across various card brands, processors, and gateways to monitor performance trends, proactively identifying anomalies and recommending solutions to address issues. • Make recommendations to improve operations, anti-fraud processes and system enhancements
