• Oversee research, conduct studies, presentations and materials with cross-functional teams (Category, New Business, Strategy), developing recommendations based on Consumer Insights and Marketing Strategy; • Design and implement methods to capture insights that help guide areas and increase the accuracy of action plans; • Align with Business, Category, Marketing Strategy, CRM and Media teams to design briefings and to capture, articulate and translate the business problem to be solved and researched; • Manage research alongside Grupo Boticário's partner institutes, translating business problems into research questions that address the proposed challenges; • Conduct analyses using diverse data sources (structured and unstructured), connecting information and generating relevant insights; • Develop and maintain monitoring processes for research projects, schedules and the Consumer Insights area's budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably with a quantitative background (Statistics or Business Administration) or in fields such as Advertising, Marketing, Communications or Social Sciences;
- Knowledge of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) and market tracking tools (Kantar, Nielsen, Euromonitor, etc.);
- Previous experience in CMI (Consumer & Market Intelligence), market research institutes, consumer science, or similar is desirable;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Sheets and advanced skills in PowerPoint/presentations;
- Ability to synthesize insights from external research succinctly through verbal, visual and written communication;
- Analytical, organized and collaborative, with strong relationship skills with teams and partners;
- Proactive and autonomous, able to lead initiatives with multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience working with research, developing insights and delivering business recommendations from the consumer's perspective.
