IT Infrastructure Analyst – Windows/Storage (Senior)

SGA TI em Nuvem

• Implement and administer Windows Server operating systems • Manage Microsoft infrastructure services, including: Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, NTP, File Services, DFS, Failover Clustering • Manage server virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter and Microsoft Hyper-V) • Deploy, operate and maintain enterprise storage (block/file/object) and SAN (zoning, LUNs, multipath, HBAs, iSCSI/FC) • Manage capacity and performance of server and storage infrastructure. • Create and maintain technical documentation (diagrams, procedures, runbooks and knowledge base articles).

Job Requirements

  • Strong background in administration of Microsoft Windows Server environments, storage systems and SAN
  • Virtualization with VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting mission-critical environments
  • Advanced English for working with technical documentation, global vendors and handling incidents with international support
  • Task automation using PowerShell and, preferably, Terraform and Ansible
  • Administration of containerized environments in AKS (desirable)
