Proposal Manager

• Responsible for leading the development, coordination, and submission of compliant proposals. • Serve as an operational leader within the Growth organization. • Drive proposal execution across cross-functional teams while maintaining communication clarity. • Support pre-RFP and shaping activities including Requests for Information (RFIs), capability statements, and technical white papers. • Coordinate rapid-response efforts for opportunity qualification and customer engagement. • Operate as the central integrator between Capture, Business Development, and Technical SMEs. • Lead proposal development lifecycle for assigned federal opportunities from pre-RFP planning through final submission. • Analyze solicitations to establish compliant proposal frameworks and schedules. • Ensure proposal responses reflect customer mission priorities and operational requirements. • Manage proposal schedules and execution timelines.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
