Role Description We are currently seeking a Bilingual Case Manager (English/Spanish) to join one of our client firms. This role is ideal for an experienced personal injury professional who is passionate about client service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing U.S. law firm. - Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring an excellent client experience. - Coordinate medical treatment, request medical records, and manage billing documentation. - Work closely with attorneys to keep cases moving efficiently and support overall case strategy. - Draft correspondence, case summaries, and other legal documents. - Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties. - Track deadlines, follow-ups, and important case milestones. - Maintain accurate and organized case files within the firm's case management system. - Assist with settlement preparation, including collecting supporting documentation and resolving outstanding balances. - Provide additional administrative and case management support as needed. Qualifications - Must be located outside of the United States (international applicants only). - Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) required. - Personal injury law firm experience is strongly preferred. - Previous experience as a Case Manager or in a similar legal support role is preferred. - Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows, medical treatment coordination, and settlement processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. - Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software. - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
