• Act as the primary point of contact for sportsbook customers regarding GRID's Odds products and trading-related services • Respond to customer queries and operational alerts, ensuring issues are acknowledged and investigated in a timely manner • Support customers with questions related to fixture coverage, market coverage, market availability, settlement, and product behaviour • Gather and validate information to determine the nature and impact of customer-reported issues • Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary • Help improve the GRID product suite based on customer feedback and defects you've identified • Log and track operational, product, and service issues • Continuously develop your knowledge of esports, sportsbook operations, betting markets, and GRID products to enhance service quality and decision-making • Contribute daily to our knowledge base to share your knowledge with GRID employees, partners and customers

• The Mission Systems Operator (MSO) shall report to the Chief Pilot and be responsible for operation of the motion imagery system in either the Learjet or Alpha Jet aircraft. • Maintain qualification and currency on the Motion Imagery system installation in both the Learjet and Alpha Jet aircraft. • Assist with development and delivery of Sensor Operator training. • As required collaborate in the revision of and distribution of related guidance. • Assist Ops / DND in mission planning, resolving problems with equipment, etc. • Collaborate with Lead Pilots and evolve Top Aces SOPs to maintain alignment with Customer standards. • Fly on a consistent basis to ensure competency and mission reliability. • Promote company safety objectives and ensure that all Mission crew activities adhere to the Company COM, Transport Canada regulations, DND regulations, Top Aces Flight Safety & Occupational Health and Safety programs, Foreign Object Elimination, CGP and security regulations; • Support Top Aces safety programs and Quality Management System; • Other related duties may be assigned by Chief Pilot or PM CATS.

• Travel internationally to the company's engineering hub in Latvia for comprehensive, specialized technical training on the platform • Lead and execute autonomous BVLOS demonstration flights and industrial proof-of-concepts in Portugal • Conduct pre-flight checks, terrain risk analysis, and mission planning using advanced Ground Control Station software • Configure and manage specialized payloads • Present aircraft capabilities and technical features to institutional and private stakeholders during live field showcases • Perform basic field maintenance and technical troubleshooting
