• Maintain and update internal HR Core systems, ensure 100% data accuracy across employee records, track vacation balances, and extract precise data for annual government reporting • Collaborate closely with our external accounting partner to manage monthly payroll inputs, account for variables/adjustments, and oversee employee health insurance programs • Coordinate mandatory occupational medicine requirements, ensure full documentation compliance, and manage employee files • Organize internal/external training plans, maintain certification logs, and support a seamless remote onboarding journey for international sales, tech, and customer support talent • Continuously evaluate existing HR workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and integrate AI tools to automate routine operational tasks • Help organize local and company-wide team offsites, events, and culture initiatives to keep our distributed team connected and engaged • Serve as the primary, go-to contact for general team inquiries, providing responsive operational support in a remote environment.

• Travel internationally to the company's engineering hub in Latvia for comprehensive, specialized technical training on the platform • Lead and execute autonomous BVLOS demonstration flights and industrial proof-of-concepts in Portugal • Conduct pre-flight checks, terrain risk analysis, and mission planning using advanced Ground Control Station software • Configure and manage specialized payloads • Present aircraft capabilities and technical features to institutional and private stakeholders during live field showcases • Perform basic field maintenance and technical troubleshooting

• Handling customer inquiries via email, telephone and WhatsApp chat • Efficient management of tickets in the customer care system • Responding to customer reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot • Proactively informing customers about orders

• CI/CD Platform Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across platforms including Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps. • Pipeline Framework & Library Development: Develop and maintain shared pipeline libraries and reusable automation modules. • Kubernetes & Container Platform Integration: Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows that deploy containerized applications to Kubernetes platforms. • Data DevOps & Database Pipeline Automation: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines supporting database and data platform deployments. • Cloud & Platform Automation: Implement CI/CD workflows for deploying applications to cloud environments. • Developer & Data Team Enablement: Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to design effective CI/CD and data pipeline workflows. • Observability & Operational Excellence: Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for CI/CD systems and pipeline workflows.

• Development and support of existing and new internal system integration solutions • Implementation of unit and integration tests • Investigation of production incidents • Provide work estimates and participate in sprint planning • Ensure code quality and performance by utilizing best practices • Design and implement new features, and improve existing functionality to meet business requirements • Participate in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, from analysis through deployment and ongoing support • Decision-making on solution architecture • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers
