Job Description
Motion Designer
Pocket Worlds
• Create high-performing animated and static marketing creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, App Store, Google Play and other paid channels. • Own the entire creative production process end to end, from ideation to final output, including creating or sourcing visual assets, animation, editing, music selection, and applying sound effects. • Develop fresh concepts, hooks, and visual directions for new ad creatives. You set the idea in motion. • Continuously explore new angles, visual styles, formats, and creative approaches to find what resonates with our audience. • Turn creative learnings into stronger concepts, fresh variations, and higher-performing ads, week after week.
Job Requirements
- An exceptional portfolio or showreel that speaks for itself: strong motion design skills, a deep understanding of animation principles, and sharp creative thinking.
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives, user acquisition ads, or mobile advertising is a strong plus.
- A curious creative mind and a genuine obsession with the psychology behind what makes people stop scrolling, click, and install. You follow the trends, you have ideas, and you take full ownership from concept to final product.
- A strong visual eye. Motion is at the core of the role, but you know how to combine typography, composition, color, and imagery into compelling marketing assets before bringing them to life through animation.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your creative workflow is a plus, whatever gets you to the best result, fastest.
- Someone who thrives in a remote environment, takes initiative, communicates clearly, and does their best work as part of a small, high-performing team.
Benefits
- Health insurance
- Professional development
- Flexible work arrangements
