Role Description We are looking for a Senior Community Manager to be the voice and face of our community — someone who is just as comfortable jumping into Discord to chat with players as they are hosting a livestream with our developers. As the Senior Community Manager, you will help shape the connection between our studio and the players across the globe who make our worlds come alive. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience managing communities for live or shipped games, ideally experienced working in or around AAA development pipelines. - Deep understanding of community management best practices and player engagement. - Confident, natural on-camera presence — you enjoy connecting directly with players through streams and videos. - Hands-on experience creating social and community content in an established brand or product voice. - Proficiency with monitoring, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Sprout, Brandwatch, Meltwater, Discord insights). - Strong written and verbal communication skills — approachable, clear, and authentic. - A savvy gamer capable of playing well with an eye for gameplay moments, community stories, and emerging social trends. - Collaborative, positive, and comfortable working across departments to bring the community perspective into every decision. Requirements - Familiarity with OBS, video editing tools, or Unreal Sequencer. - Background in influencer/creator partnerships or social campaigns. - You’ve moderated or managed a high-volume Discord or Reddit community. Benefits - 100% Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage for you and your family. - Retirement Savings Plan Matching. - Career Improvement Plan. - Flexible Work Arrangements - In-House, Hybrid, and Remote. - Generous Time Off Policy. - Company Events - In-Person + Virtual Events. - Fully Stocked Kitchen + Sponsored Food Trucks.
