• Own drops from start to finish: concept ideation, concept art, final item production, and the promotional and merchandising art that brings a release to life • Develop fashion-forward clothing, characters, and accessories with a point of view, not just technical execution • Deliver at Drip Drop quality across every stage of the pipeline, every week • Lead the creative direction for your drops — set the vision, don't wait for one • Give sharp, actionable feedback that raises the output of the artists around you • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Producer on vision, scope, and deadlines • Iterate based on team feedback and player sentiment. You care how the work lands in the game and in the community, not just how it looks in isolation • Partner with external artists or studios when needed, maintaining creative consistency and throughput
• Design original character art, promotional assets, and campaign visuals at the level of quality shown in our Drip Drop series, daily and weekly • Concept and execute across the full pipeline, from ideation to final delivery • Leverage every tool available to you, including AI-assisted workflows, to maintain exceptional quality at speed • Own creative direction for the broader design team, setting the visual bar, reviewing work, and giving sharp, actionable feedback that raises everyone's output • Push the visual identity of Highrise forward with your own creative instincts
• Create compelling digital visuals by styling and posing in-game assets. • Design graphics for product promotions, in-app releases, in-app posts, websites, social media, email campaigns, and internal projects. • Leverage AI tools and models to ideate, enhance, and polish creative content while maintaining professional quality. • Develop and maintain high standards for static graphics and visual storytelling. • Create reusable templates for in-app promotions and campaigns. • Innovate new approaches to presenting promotions and seasonal content. • Collaborate closely with art, product, and live operations teams to deliver creative solutions. • Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines. • Proactively generate and suggest creative ideas to elevate the look and feel of the brand. • Stay current with digital design trends and incorporate them thoughtfully into your work. • Take full ownership for delivering quality work that meets both deadlines and brand objectives.
