• Carry the end-to-end client relationship: primary point of contact, scoping, monthly presentation call, performance reporting, handling high-pressure situations. • Orchestrate production alongside the Strategist and Specialist — you move things forward, secure deliveries, and never drop the ball. • Anticipate: structure key moments in advance, prioritize, and prevent everything from becoming urgent at month-end. • Read retention data: understand a performance dashboard, spot drop-offs, form hypotheses and translate them into action plans with the production team. • Grow your accounts: identify relevant upsell opportunities (dedicated campaigns, audits, custom flows), scope them and present them. • Be accountable for your clients’ retention — it's the number one KPI.

• Construire les flows Klaviyo avec conditions, splits et triggers avancés — c'est **35% de ton temps** • Investiguer et résoudre les bugs (intégrations Shopify, webhooks, données qui ne remontent pas, profils qui n'entrent pas dans les flows) — **20%** • Vérifier la qualité technique de chaque envoi avant mise en ligne — **15%** • Créer et maintenir les segments clients (simples et complexes, AND/OR, fenêtres temporelles, exclusions) — **10%** • Maintenir les intégrations et la cohérence des données (Shopify Klaviyo, Recharge, Okendo, Hive…) — **8%** • Analyser la perf CRM, documenter, monitorer, auditer — **12%**
• Read and understand the Strategist's strategic brief for each email • Source modules from the media library • Design the email structure • Write the full copy while respecting each brand's tone • Prepare the Designer brief with modules and associated copy • Iterate quickly on feedback from the Strategist or client • Participate in regular creative sessions with the Strategists
