Job Description
Growth Product Manager
Sleek
Role Description We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded, and execution-oriented Product Manager to own the growth trajectory of our two core emerging products: the Sleek Business Account (SBA)—a licensed, fledgling digital business account in Singapore and our new proprietary In-House Payroll Solution. This is a senior-level, highly autonomous, hands-on builder role. You will not have a dedicated marketing department; you will own the product strategy, project management, and go-to-market execution from top to bottom. If you have deep neo-banking roots, love driving organic growth loops, and thrive in lean, rapid-deployment environments, this role is built for you. Mission of the Role - To aggressively scale revenue for the SBA and Payroll products by driving rapid customer adoption. - Expanding AUM for SBA. - Increasing the volume of active employees utilizing the Payroll system. Key Outcomes (First 6–12 Months) - Accelerate customer adoption rates for both SBA and Payroll. - Significantly expand the AUM of the SBA and grow the total number of employees onboarded to the Payroll software. - Directly increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through strategic product monetization, such as value-added foreign exchange (FX) transactions. - Successfully navigate ambiguities to deliver product commitments on time, partnering intimately with key stakeholders and a dedicated engineering squad. Qualifications - 5 to 10 Years in Product Manager Roles: Proven track record of robust, hands-on product management within a Neobank, Digital Bank, or high-growth Fintech environment. - 0-to-1 Product Delivery: Demonstrated success taking tech products from ideation to launch and scaling them as an individual contributor. - Commercial & Growth Competency: Experience driving user adoption, managing legacy data migrations, and optimizing commercial metrics like Assets Under Management (AUM) and FX/transaction revenues. - AI & Tech Literacy: Fluent with AI applications and structurally familiar with AI evaluations (evals) to drive automated feature development alongside engineering. - Analytical Problem Solving: Exceptional skill in working backwards from aggressive growth targets using structured, data-driven frameworks. Must-Have Attributes - Extreme Ownership & High Agency: A self-starter who operates autonomously, moves fast under heavy ambiguity, and takes absolute accountability for outcomes. - Commercial Mindset & Customer Empathy: Deeply understands user pain points while simultaneously thinking strategically about monetization and business growth. - The "Builder" Mentality: Combines high-level product vision with a grounded, humble approach to doing the tactical, ground-level execution yourself. - Cross-Functional Execution: Ability to handle both product strategy and hands-on Go-To-Market (GTM) execution without dedicated marketing support. - Collaborative Diplomat: A low-ego communicator who builds trust, bridges engineering and commercial teams, and aligns leadership to drive consensus. Behavioural Fit - Ownership: Reliability and trust within the team. - Humility: Open-mindedness to feedback and willingness to learn from others. - Structured Thinking: Ability to show sound judgement in complex business scenarios. - Attention to Detail: Managing multiple, complex workstreams from numerous stakeholders. - Excellent Listener and Clear Communicator: Present in calls and ensure thoughtful communication. About the Interview Process - A ~30 minute chat with our Talent Acquisition team. - A ~60 minute technical interview with the Product Team. - A ~60 minute AI skills interview with the AI Lead. - A final interview with our CRO. - Offer + references: A non-binding offer followed by reference checks. Requirement for Background Screening - Education verification. - Criminal history check. - Political exposure check. - Bankruptcy or adverse credit history check. Benefits - Humility and kindness: A culture of not taking ourselves too seriously and being able to laugh. - Flexibility: Fully remote role with work from home five days a week; hybrid model for Singapore-based employees. - Financial benefits: Competitive market salaries and generous paid time off. - Personal growth: Responsibility and autonomy with a range of training programs. - Commitment to being a force for good: Certified B Corp focused on building an inclusive and equitable economy.
