This role involves leading end-to-end project execution while driving analytical insight and process optimization across the enterprise. Own and manage detailed project plans in Monday.com, including task assignments, dependencies, milestones, timelines, and status tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across all project work streams. Configure and maintain Monday.com boards to reflect real-time project status; build dashboards and automated workflows to surface blockers, track progress, and provide stakeholders with clear visibility into project health. Lead and organize cross-functional teams assigned to business efforts across the enterprise, with a focus on implementation initiatives. Facilitate definition of project scope, goals, requirements, and deliverables; manage day-to-day execution and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; develop risk mitigation plans in collaboration with project teams. Coordinate project meetings, generate meeting materials (agendas, notes, action items), and produce post-meeting deliverables to keep teams aligned and accountable. Collaborate across business units to manage resource requests and align project activities to approved budgets and plans. Act as a project lead for the evaluation and implementation of new technology; provide systems analysis, detailed process mapping, business requirements documentation, and design recommendations. Support and optimize business for cross-functional and cross-brand processes; develop and maintain key metrics and process documentation to drive operational accountability. Identify opportunities to apply technology or modify workflows to optimize business processes in support of the organization's growth objectives. Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex processes, functional, and application issues and manage through to resolution. Ensure data integrity, internal controls, and audit trails are maintained throughout all applications and processes. Develop, review, and execute system test scripts; perform end-to-end testing of business processes prior to go-live. Partner with Training teams to create user training guides, process documentation, and materials that drive effective adoption. Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Monday.com and Sigma BI/analytics tool to deliver actionable insights on project performance, process efficiency, and operational KPIs. Leverage data to generate organizational and people insights that influence areas of focus and strengthen leadership decision-making. Analyze business data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities; translate findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences. Continuously improve reporting frameworks to ensure metrics are timely, accurate, and aligned to business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5–10 years of combined project management and business analyst experience delivering solutions in both waterfall and agile environments.
- Proficient in Monday.com for detailed project tracking, board configuration, dashboard creation, and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and interpreting data; working knowledge of SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools. Sigma a plus.
- Experience with agile tools such as Azure or JIRA; familiarity with cloud-based enterprise applications.
- PMP, MSP, or CBAP certification a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate across departments without direct authority.
- This is a full-time, remote position; candidates on EST or CST are preferred.
- Compensation for this position, depending on experience, is $90,000 to $120,000 per year, plus the role is eligible for a year-end discretionary performance bonus and benefits.
