Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience supporting software engineering teams.
- 5+ years in a SaaS or technology company.
- 3+ years leading Agile software development projects.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical programs from planning through delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Nice to Have PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.
- Experience in enterprise software or high-growth SaaS organizations.
- Ability to lead through influence and navigate ambiguity.
