Role Description Osoba koja će da preuzme prodaju u HLV-u i podigne je na viši nivo - na svoj način. HLV su približno 100 senior inženjera i još približno 40 nas koji ih drže na nogama - godinama pravimo ozbiljan softver. Prodaju i dosad guramo, ali nam treba neko da stvari posloži kako valja i pokaže kako to može bolje. Težište ti je naša AI Transformation priča - tu je najviše posla - a proces koji izgradiš postaje način na koji cela firma prodaje. Da budemo iskreni odmah: ovde se gradi i sređuje, ne nasleđuje se gotova mašina. Nema tima ispod tebe od prvog dana - prvih godinu dana si duboko u svemu (strategija, procesi, razgovori, dealovi), rame uz rame sa našim Brand timom, AI Transformation timom i njegovim direktorom. Šta ćeš raditi - Ceo put od kvalifikovanog lead-a do potpisanog ugovora i account-a koji raste: - Vodiš sales strategiju AI Transformacije (izbor klijenata, kanali, outreach…) - Sa direktorom AI vertikale zajedno definišete ko su target klijenti i industrije za svaku uslugu - Sa Brand timom biraš prave kompanije unutar tog profila kupca i industrije (ne jurimo svaki logo) - Praviš sistem po kome znamo koji deal vredi, a koji ne - Vodiš komunikaciju sa klijentom od trenutka kad kvalifikujemo lead - discovery, prava pitanja, mnogo „ne" na koje ne padaš, i guranje dalje - Učestvuješ u sklapanju ponude u domenima svoje ekspertize (obim, cena, rok, tim) i provodiš deal kroz ugovaranje sa pravnicima - Držiš odnose, hvataš upsell / cross-sell i predviđaš prihod sa delivery ekipom - Držiš pipeline i CRM (HubSpot) ažurnim - da uvek znamo gde šta stoji - Ideš na relevantne industrijske evente - Validiraš naš AI funnel i vraćaš nam sa terena šta tržište stvarno traži - I, najvažnije dugoročno: postavljaš prodajni proces koji postaje HLV standard Šta nam je važno - Da iza sebe imaš ozbiljan B2B / GTM staž - i to gradnju prodaje, ne samo vođenje tuđe. - Da znaš da prodaš nešto tehničko ljudima koji su u svom domenu pametniji od tebe - naši inženjeri poštuju suštinu, ne pitch. - Da ti je disciplina oko pipeline-a i forecast-a prirodna, ne mučna. - Da ti je engleski dovoljno prirodan da radiš sa ljudima iz celog sveta. - Da imaš mrežu koju možeš da otvoriš od prvog dana. - Ono što prodaješ je AI. Zato nam treba neko ko već vidi da je tu budućnost - ne tražimo da budeš AI ekspert (tehniku ćeš pohvatati, to je sasvim ok), ali ne želimo da te ubeđujemo da AI ima smisla. To već nosiš sa sobom. - Sve ostalo - domen, alati, sektor - manje nas zanima od toga da umeš da gradiš i da voliš haos rane faze. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
