• Develop and execute integrated local media plans across paid channels • Manage full-funnel campaign planning, activation, optimization, pacing, and reporting • Analyze performance data to optimize targeting, creative, and bidding strategies • Manage agency partnerships and platform relationships to improve effectiveness • Prepare and present media recommendations and performance insights
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or a related role
- Computer literacy with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Adobe, Zoom, Teams, etc.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, DSPs, ad servers, and video buying tools
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
