Title: Content Curation Strategist Location: United States Remote:Yes Job Description: Experience Level: 5–7 Years Role Details Duration: Approx. 3 months Opportunity for Extension: Yes Location: Remote (preferred EST hours) Pay Rate: $25.00 Overview We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Content Curation Strategist to shape content experiences across productivity, creative, and emerging AI-powered platforms. This role blends content strategy, visual design, data analytics, and customer insight. The ideal candidate pairs strong visual judgment with analytical skills to identify patterns, evaluate performance, and recommend curation strategies that improve engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes. Beyond curating high-quality content, this individual will use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide investments, experimentation, and roadmap priorities — translating data into actionable recommendations grounded in design excellence and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Curation - Curate and optimize content collections to ensure relevance, quality, and engagement - Evaluate content for design effectiveness, usability, and customer value - Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities to inform content strategy - Develop scalable frameworks for content evaluation and curation Data Analysis & Insights - Analyze performance metrics, engagement data, and usage trends - Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations - Define success criteria and KPIs for content initiatives - Identify optimization opportunities across the content lifecycle Experimentation & Optimization - Support the design and execution of content experiments - Evaluate outcomes and translate results into improvement strategies - Continuously refine content approaches based on performance and feedback Visual Quality & Design - Apply strong visual and design judgment when assessing content - Identify patterns in high-performing layouts, templates, and assets - Maintain a high standard of quality across content formats Stakeholder Communication - Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams - Translate complex data into clear, business-relevant narratives - Drive alignment across stakeholders on content strategy decisions Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years in content strategy, curation, product strategy, or related roles - Experience analyzing data and translating insights into recommendations - Hands-on experience with CMS tools and content workflows - Strong understanding of visual design principles and content evaluation - Experience with dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting tools - Strong communication, problem-solving, and storytelling skills - Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and collaborate cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting digital content platforms or content ecosystems - Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and engagement analytics - Exposure to AI-driven content, personalization, or recommendation systems - Experience working with cross-functional product, design, and content teams Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing engagement metrics and design quality.
