Manager, Digital Platforms
Amcor
• Responsible for the strategic direction, execution, end-to-end management, performance management, governance and continuous optimization of Amcor’s global digital communication channels • Lead digital transformation initiatives that improve user experience, information architecture, accessibility, search visibility, content effectiveness, and operational efficiency • Oversee day-to-day management of Amcor.com and other digital platforms • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability assessments to identify opportunities for improvement • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, tools, and platforms that improve digital effectiveness • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and enhanced digital processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in digital platform, website, or digital marketing roles
- Proven experience managing corporate websites or digital platforms end-to-end, including content, performance, and continuous improvement
- Strong experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and coordinating web development activities
- Solid understanding of SEO (technical and content) and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Proven ability to manage external agencies, developers, and technology vendors
- Experience implementing governance models, content workflows, and digital best practices
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and compliance requirements
- Experience in user experience (UX), performance optimization, and data-driven improvement
- Experience working in cross-functional, global or matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong ability to lead self and others through high levels of ambiguity
- Budget management
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Additional languages a plus.
- Excellent project management skills in complex projects involving multiple senior stakeholders
- Digitally (IT) savvy and deep understanding of communication tools and channels
- Ability to build strong working relationships with a wide variety of cultures and functions / coach and develop co-workers in cross-functional teams
