Strategic Sales Director – Enterprise

Zonar Systems

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new accounts within the truck and vocational sector. • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across the transportation industry. • Manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities, driving deals from prospecting through close. • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to align solutions with customer requirements. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business development opportunities. • Proactively address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with enterprise customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the truck or vocational sector.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, with experience selling complex solutions in transportation or logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories as needed (up to 75%).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to rent passenger vehicles for travel.
