• Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial centrifuges • Troubleshoot mechanical and process‑related issues • Provide onsite technical support and customer training • Ensure all work is completed safely and according to customer and company standards • Communicate job status, parts needs, and recommendations to customers • Complete accurate service reports and documentation • Follow up with customers after service to confirm proper operation • Participate in rotating after‑hours and weekend service support • Travel to customer sites across the Midwest

• Provides onsite installation of instruments, upgrades, updates, qualifications, repairs, and preventative maintenance service. • Displays professionalism, understanding, tact, fairness, and technical knowledge in all customer interactions. • Achieves specified revenue targets while satisfying customers from instrument repair, installation, qualifications, and PM’s. • Interacts with customers to offer and close the sale of service contracts and other service products. • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues and improve processes. • Follows all reporting responsibilities of Remote Service Dispatch (RSD), Escalation Issue Process, Field Problem Report (FPR), and Field Service Report (FSR) submissions. • Performs Qualification & Validation Products at customer sites. • Maintains their technical competency level servicing new instruments and problems by attending training, staff meetings, and remaining up to speed on new products, markets, customers, and competitors.

• You will be servicing Imaging Equipment in the Eastern KY area. • You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites. • You will be responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. • You will manage financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management. • You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc. • Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
