Role Description We are undertaking a large-scale, 90-day migration project involving approximately 1,000 partner websites, social media accounts, posts, email campaigns, and databases to new platforms. We're hiring several Platform Migration Specialists to join a temporary project team to execute this migration accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a temporary, project-based position (approximately 90 days) with the potential for a full-time offer at the conclusion of the project for top performers. Platform Migration Specialists will be responsible for transferring, rebuilding, and verifying digital assets, websites, social profiles, published content, or email campaigns across partner accounts, ensuring accuracy and zero data loss throughout the transition. Qualifications - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (tracking, formulas, filtering/sorting large datasets, pivot tables a plus) - At least one of the following is required: - Hands-on website development experience (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar) - Experience with social media posting and account management using third party posting providers - Experience with email campaign creation and management (building templates, managing lists, deploying campaigns) - Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume, deadline-driven work - Ability to work independently, follow detailed SOPs, and escalate issues appropriately - Strong written communication skills for partner-facing correspondence Requirements - Duration: ~90 days (start and end dates to be specified) - Type: Temporary/contract, full-time hours during the project - Growth opportunity: Strong performers will be considered for full-time roles at project completion - Location/Schedule: 8 hours per day (US hours), 5 days a week working remotely - Compensation: You're paid per completed project. • Own and manage the full M365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and identity/security integrations with on‑prem Active Directory and Entra ID • Ensure platform reliability, availability, tenant hygiene, configuration currency, and alignment with enterprise security and compliance policies • Lead Tier‑3 level engineering tasks, service hardening, integration enablement, and support migrations or onboarding of workloads to M365 • Design, build, and maintain Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod), including Dataverse‑enabled environments, in alignment with M365 Engineering standards • Implement AI‑enabled or Copilot‑related features where appropriate, following environment configuration practices • Implement and maintain Power Platform governance (security, DLP, connector access, licensing alignment, audit requirements)

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Umbraco specialist to design and configure new Development, Staging and Production environments aligned to our existing platform architecture. The engagement will include: - Reviewing the current setup - Implementing the new environment structure - Validating configuration consistency - Producing comprehensive technical and operational documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer This is not a BAU support role and we already have an existing support contract for day-to-day operational issues. There may be opportunities for separately scoped follow-on engagements covering: - Platform upgrades - Cyber compliance and hardening activities - Specialist content design support where internal expertise is unavailable We are looking for a supplier who can: - Work independently - Define the technical approach - Deliver agreed outcomes against clear milestones and deliverables The engagement is expected to operate via a pre-agreed bank of days, which can be called off individually as required against defined work packages and deliverables. Work will be requested on an ad hoc basis, with no guarantee of minimum utilisation and no obligation for either party to enter into further engagements. Each call-off will have an agreed scope, outcome and acceptance criteria, providing flexibility for both parties while ensuring delivery against business requirements. Fixed-price, milestone-based or call-off day-bank proposals will be considered.
