Role Description We are seeking an experienced Umbraco specialist to design and configure new Development, Staging and Production environments aligned to our existing platform architecture. The engagement will include: - Reviewing the current setup - Implementing the new environment structure - Validating configuration consistency - Producing comprehensive technical and operational documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer This is not a BAU support role and we already have an existing support contract for day-to-day operational issues. There may be opportunities for separately scoped follow-on engagements covering: - Platform upgrades - Cyber compliance and hardening activities - Specialist content design support where internal expertise is unavailable We are looking for a supplier who can: - Work independently - Define the technical approach - Deliver agreed outcomes against clear milestones and deliverables The engagement is expected to operate via a pre-agreed bank of days, which can be called off individually as required against defined work packages and deliverables. Work will be requested on an ad hoc basis, with no guarantee of minimum utilisation and no obligation for either party to enter into further engagements. Each call-off will have an agreed scope, outcome and acceptance criteria, providing flexibility for both parties while ensuring delivery against business requirements. Fixed-price, milestone-based or call-off day-bank proposals will be considered.
