Key Responsibilities - Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines; implement blue/green, canary, and feature-flag progressive delivery. - Manage AKS clusters: node pool sizing, upgrade, namespace isolation, network policies, cost optimization. - Author and maintain Terraform modules for all Azure infrastructure; enforce IaC review and state lock. - Maintain Helm chart library; govern chart versioning aligned with squad delivery cadence. - Design and operate observability stack: Prometheus scrapers, per-squad Grafana dashboards, distributed tracing. - Manage Kafka clusters and Azure Service Bus queues for invoice event flows. - Drive security automation in pipelines: SAST, container scanning, secrets detection. - Maintain Elasticsearch cluster health; tune ILM policies for 52M+ invoice documents. - Participate in on-call rotation; lead post-incident reviews; maintain platform runbooks. Requirements - 5+ yrs DevOps / Platform Engineering / SRE on high-volume fintech or financial services platform. - Expert Kubernetes (CKA or equivalent) and Helm. - Strong Terraform — multi-module IaC for Azure or AWS. - Production Kafka operations and Elasticsearch cluster management. - CI/CD pipeline design (Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions) and GitOps (ArgoCD or Flux). - Python (preferred) for operational automation. - Azure certs (AZ-104, AZ-400, CKA) advantageous; FCA/PCI-DSS cloud security understanding essential. - Good to have: Exposure to GitLabs, GitHub and Github Actions. Role Description We are seeking a creative and technically capable Graphic Designer and Web Developer to support a wide range of digital marketing initiatives. This role combines graphic design with hands-on website updates, landing page development, and email marketing execution. The ideal candidate has agency experience, strong design skills, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life while maintaining brand consistency across digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual assets and optimise the customer experience across web and marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities - Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including Meta advertisements, display banners, and social media graphics - Create and update landing pages and website content using WordPress - Design and build email campaigns using Mailchimp - Produce artwork for paid advertising, social media, and local area marketing campaigns - Maintain visual consistency across all digital and marketing materials - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts from brief through to final delivery - Assist with website improvements and user experience enhancements - Support the implementation of website tracking and analytics where required - Ensure projects are delivered accurately and within agreed timeframes Qualifications - 4-7+ years of experience in graphic design, web development, or digital marketing - Previous experience working in a marketing or creative agency - Strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising creatives, landing pages, and web design projects - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma or other design software - Experience using Canva for digital content creation - Strong experience updating and maintaining WordPress websites (including building landing pages, updating plugins and menus) - Experience building email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms - Understanding of Google Analytics and basic website tracking principles - Ability to interpret a creative brief and work independently from concept to completion - Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency - Strong written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - you will be in charge of 4 to 5 brands online - Previous experience supporting clients in AU/US/UK/CA or similar markets highly regarded - Video editing ability is a bonus (but not required) Work Arrangement & Expectations - Fully remote role with partial overlap with Australian business hours (AEST) - Full-time engagement (40 hours per week) - Work closely with a collaborative marketing team on a variety of creative projects - Communication primarily via email, chat, and phone - Expected to manage multiple design projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency - Opportunity to contribute creative ideas and take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery - Ideal for a proactive designer who enjoys combining creative design with web development to deliver engaging digital experiences

• Lead frontend architecture using React 18, TypeScript 5.x, and Vite Module Federation • Architect and maintain the platform shell MFE (navigation, session, notifications, RBAC enforcement) • Establish and govern the shared design system/component library across all MFEs and teams • Build, mentor, and manage a frontend engineering team • Drive requirements refinement, UI technical decisions, and estimations • Implement RBAC-driven UI patterns (conditional rendering, route guards, feature-level access control) • Decompose features into tasks and plan deliveries • Ensure high-quality, performant, and maintainable frontend code • Produce architectural decision records for cross-team MFE integration patterns • Collaborate closely with backend, product, design, and DevOps teams • Support frontend deployment via CI/CD on AWS (S3, CloudFront, EKS)

• Develop interactive and responsive user interfaces for web applications or websites using Vue.js, React.js • Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend code • Create and update technical documentation for all projects • Build reusable components and libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects • Implement state management solutions such as Pinia, Zustand, Recoil, or Redux to manage application states effectively • Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs to fetch and manipulate data securely • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness • Debug and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve bugs in a timely manner • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices • Contribute to the improvement of development processes and participate in knowledge sharing sessions • Provide regular status updates on project progress and communicate effectively within the team • Attend status/kick-off meetings, creative review meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
