Role Description We are seeking a creative and technically capable Graphic Designer and Web Developer to support a wide range of digital marketing initiatives. This role combines graphic design with hands-on website updates, landing page development, and email marketing execution. The ideal candidate has agency experience, strong design skills, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life while maintaining brand consistency across digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual assets and optimise the customer experience across web and marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities - Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including Meta advertisements, display banners, and social media graphics - Create and update landing pages and website content using WordPress - Design and build email campaigns using Mailchimp - Produce artwork for paid advertising, social media, and local area marketing campaigns - Maintain visual consistency across all digital and marketing materials - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts from brief through to final delivery - Assist with website improvements and user experience enhancements - Support the implementation of website tracking and analytics where required - Ensure projects are delivered accurately and within agreed timeframes Qualifications - 4-7+ years of experience in graphic design, web development, or digital marketing - Previous experience working in a marketing or creative agency - Strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising creatives, landing pages, and web design projects - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma or other design software - Experience using Canva for digital content creation - Strong experience updating and maintaining WordPress websites (including building landing pages, updating plugins and menus) - Experience building email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms - Understanding of Google Analytics and basic website tracking principles - Ability to interpret a creative brief and work independently from concept to completion - Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency - Strong written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - you will be in charge of 4 to 5 brands online - Previous experience supporting clients in AU/US/UK/CA or similar markets highly regarded - Video editing ability is a bonus (but not required) Work Arrangement & Expectations - Fully remote role with partial overlap with Australian business hours (AEST) - Full-time engagement (40 hours per week) - Work closely with a collaborative marketing team on a variety of creative projects - Communication primarily via email, chat, and phone - Expected to manage multiple design projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency - Opportunity to contribute creative ideas and take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery - Ideal for a proactive designer who enjoys combining creative design with web development to deliver engaging digital experiences
