Senior ELN Consultant / ELN Configuration Specialist

Role Description We are hiring multiple ELN consultants across senior and mid-level positions to support a Labguru ELN implementation initiative for a life sciences/laboratory transformation program. The selected consultants will work closely with laboratory SMEs, business stakeholders, validation teams, and project leadership to configure, build, test, and deploy scientific templates and workflows within the Labguru ELN platform. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience implementing and configuring Labguru ELN within biotech, pharmaceutical, research, CRO, or regulated laboratory environments. - Configure and implement ELN templates and workflows within Labguru ELN - Translate scientific and operational requirements into scalable ELN configurations - Participate in workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design discussions with laboratory SMEs and business users - Configure experiment templates, protocols, workflows, metadata structures, and laboratory process flows - Support iterative design, testing, refinement, and deployment activities - Collaborate with validation and QA teams to support testing and compliance activities - Assist with unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution - Prepare configuration documentation, SOPs, user guides, and implementation documentation - Support go-live activities and post-production stabilization - Coordinate with LIMS, QA, and cross-functional technical teams as required Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in ELN, LIMS, or laboratory informatics implementations - Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Labguru ELN is mandatory - Strong understanding of laboratory workflows within: - biotech - pharma - life sciences - R&D - QA/QC environments - Experience configuring scientific templates and workflows - Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills - Experience supporting testing, validation, and deployment activities - Understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, audit trails, and regulated environments - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment Requirements - Experience with additional ELN/LIMS platforms such as: - Benchling - BIOVIA - Signals Notebook - Dotmatics - LabWare ELN - STARLIMS - LabVantage - Experience with CSV/CSA validation activities - Exposure to integrations, APIs, or scientific data platforms - Background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or related scientific domains Additional Information - Multiple positions available across senior and mid-level roles - Senior candidates may lead workshops, solution design, and stakeholder coordination activities - Mid-level consultants may focus primarily on ELN configuration, template development, and testing support - Experience working with global teams and regulated environments is preferred Keywords - Labguru ELN - ELN Consultant - ELN Configuration Specialist - Laboratory Informatics - Electronic Lab Notebook - Scientific Systems - GxP - 21 CFR Part 11 - LabVantage - Benchling - Pharma - Biotechnology - QA/QC - R&D Systems
