• Maintain and deliver a competitive product roadmap • Shape the strategy and vision for supply chain operations • Influence and enhance warehousing systems, WMS, LMS, and other supply chain technologies • Work closely with product managers, product designers, software engineers, and stakeholders • Define and establish a vision, strategy and roadmap for the product • Set goals based on product outcomes and measure progress • Engage with all functional areas including product design, engineering, and leadership • Develop compelling arguments for product success and launch strategies • Manage the backlog and user stories • Lead backlog prioritization and product testing
Job Requirements
- Experience with Supply Chain Technology Products – Manhattan Preferred
- In depth operational knowledge of retail distribution operations
- Strong facilitation, leadership, and coordination across technology, capability, and operations teams.
- Strong data acumen
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to demonstrate creative thinking to overcome problems.
- Advanced understanding of Product Management
- Advanced knowledge and application of human-centered design practices
- Understanding of a product lifecycle
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Ability to balance business objectives & customer needs
- Experience working with third party vendors.
