Title: EOUSA Senior Human Resources Specialist (Classification & Position Management) Location: Washington, DC Fully Remote Job Description: Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street), a leading small business provider of Human Capital operational support services to Federal civilian and defense agencies, is seeking to hire a Senior Human Resources Specialist (Classification & Position Management) to support our clients within the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA). This position is to be performed in a remote capacity. Candidates need to be agreeable to the possibility of the government returning staff on-site, potentially multiple days per pay period in the future. This position is contingent upon award. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Receive and review information provided by management to prepare position descriptions based on available information sources, e.g., current position descriptions, organization charts, mission, and function statements, supplemented by desk audits and supervisory interviews. - Evaluate existing position descriptions using OPM position classification standards, principles, and methodology to determine the appropriate titles, series, grades, and prepare adequate evaluation statements to document findings. Refer all GS-13 and above position descriptions to EOUSA for review before beginning any staffing and recruitment work. - Provide technical classification assistance to supervisors and managers on position management and job content options to properly support mission needs. Requirements Job Requirements and Experience - Shall have a minimum of five (5) years of Federal Government experience writing position descriptions and providing position management advisory services. - Required to be able to obtain and maintain a Tier-4 Public Trust background investigation for the duration of the contract. ADA Requirements - Operate a PC and phone in an office environment. - Work in a primarily sedentary position. - Perform some bending, light lifting, and carrying of equipment may be required. - Any additional office equipment that is required by the position.
