Role Description We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent across our clients' business and enablement functions. This role focuses on sourcing and talent mapping for Tech, Legal, Finance, Healthcare, and other commercial functions, while occasionally supporting in-house hiring. Key Responsibilities - Conduct research, data mining, and outreach using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and networking platforms - Carry out market mapping and talent intelligence across commercial and corporate functions - Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs - Identify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach and relationship-building - Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to increase efficiency and uncover non-obvious talent pools - Develop targeted candidate engagement campaigns and personalized outreach strategies - Partner with recruiting teams to improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and candidate experience - Share market insights, competitive intelligence, and compensation trends to inform hiring decisions - Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement - Support employer branding and talent community initiatives - Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and interest - Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams Qualifications - At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, or talent intelligence - Proven sourcing experience across one or more verticals such as Tech, Legal, Finance, Healthcare, or other commercial functions - Hands-on sourcing experience for roles in North America and Europe - Strong research skills, with the ability to uncover niche and hard-to-reach talent pools - Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers in fast-paced, high-growth environments - Skilled with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems - Ability to translate hiring requirements into effective sourcing strategies and talent maps - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches at once - A data-driven mindset, comfortable using sourcing metrics and pipeline analytics - Excellent written and verbal English, with strong candidate engagement skills - A proactive, curious self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in ambiguity Preferred Qualifications - Staffing or recruitment agency experience - Experience sourcing for technical, legal, and healthcare roles in North America - Experience with modern sourcing platforms such as Juicebox, Gem, SeekOut, HireEZ, Ashby, or Metaview - Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing workflows and prompt engineering for recruiting - Experience supporting globally distributed teams across regions and time zones - Background in executive search, talent intelligence, or competitive talent research Tools in this Role - Manatal - Trello - Whatsapp - GSuite - Slack - LinkedIn Recruiter - And more depending on project/client Working Conditions and Location This role is fully remote. With Eastern Standard Time (EST) 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
