Azure DevOps Specialist

Role Description We currently have a role as an Azure DevOps Specialist with our large consulting client, working for a major digital transformation client in the Montreal area. - Type: Contract - 37.5 hrs/week - Duration: 6 months + renewals - Location: Remote but candidates must be based out of Quebec - Contract Pay Rate: $70-74/hr C2C Responsibilities - Design, deploy and administer Azure environments (Development, Test, Pre-Production and Production). - Automate deployments using PowerShell, Azure CLI and Infrastructure as Code. - Configure Azure infrastructure (VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Storage, Identity and Hybrid Connectivity). - Integrate Azure services into CI/CD pipelines. - Perform technical testing, troubleshooting and solution stabilization. - Produce technical documentation and operational procedures. - Support and train development and operations teams. - Lead Azure deployment, migration and integration activities. Qualifications - Valid Azure Administrator Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification, plus one additional Azure certification. - Minimum 4 years of IT experience. - Minimum 2 years of Azure cloud experience within a Quebec Government ministry or public sector organization (mandatory). - At least 2 mandates as an Azure Administrator, Azure Specialist or Technical Lead. - Agile project experience (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban or equivalent) within the last 3 years.
