• Support observability tooling implementation (Datadog and/or Azure Monitor/App Insights) and help build SLO definitions, alert rules, and synthetic checks • Participate in a PagerDuty on-call rotation, including escalation handling and incident documentation • Build and maintain operational runbooks for incident response, rollback, and recovery scenarios • Contribute to deployment automation work (blue/green or canary patterns) and Infrastructure as Code • Work across Azure SQL and Cosmos DB environments, supporting performance and cost optimization initiatives • Collaborate closely with US-based engineers during overlapping working hours

• As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will be a key technical leader driving the security, reliability, and integrity of our cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS products. • This role embeds security throughout the software delivery lifecycle — shifting vulnerability detection left into the pipeline while operationalizing continuous monitoring and remediation in production. • You will own our application and cloud vulnerability management program, leveraging tools like Snyk, SonarQube, and AWS Inspector to find, prioritize, and drive remediation of risk across a multi-product, multi-environment AWS platform. • This is an AI-native role. We expect you to work fluently with AI engineering tools — Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Atlassian Rovo, and similar — to accelerate triage, remediation, automation, and documentation, and to help the team build AI-augmented workflows into how we detect and fix risk. • This role combines deep technical expertise with a passion for mentoring. You will pair hands-on engineering with guiding colleagues in secure development and operational practices, and contribute to the overall maturity of our DevSecOps capability — with a strong emphasis on automation using Terraform and Bitbucket Pipelines.

• Facilitate PI Planning Readiness, PI Planning, I&A and other ART events. • Coach and mentor all scrum masters on the ART. • Coach teams on Agile processes and foster Continuous Exploration. • Help the ART assess its capacity and collect appropriate PI metrics around Outcomes, Flow and Competency. • Help identify and remove ART level dependencies and risks. • Build and maintain the program board to help focus everyone’s attention on the right deliverables. • Remove and/or Escalate impediments to flow, and foster culture of continuous improvement. • Assist in the Development and Maintenance of PI Roadmaps and Program Vision. • Summarize and Communicate team Program Increment Objectives.

• Develop new features based on specifications, ensuring to always optimize for scalability and performance. • Contribute to and engage in our scrum process through sprint planning, review, retrospectives and daily standups. • Understand the technical requirements of new requests and work with other engineers to ensure the end result matches expectations of building a world class product. • Fix live bugs and triage the issue with company peers so the root cause can be identified. We can patch live issues but we always go back to fix the bigger problem. • Validate the quality of your work through manual and automated testing.
