• We're looking for a Community Manager to own and grow both our B2B and B2C communities. You'll set the standard for how we run community at Bolt, from how it's structured to the quality of conversations, content, and value users get from it. • This role sits at the intersection of community, product, and education. You'll be in the community daily: responding, moderating, shaping conversations, and pulling out the insights that matter. • You'll build and run our community ambassador program. You'll identify high-value contributors, recruit and nurture them, and create the structures that turn engaged users into genuine advocates. • You'll also shape how community shows up inside the product itself, sourcing and curating the build artifacts, templates, and recipes that help users start faster and ship with confidence. • This is a high-ownership, hands-on role. You'll build the strategy and execute it: writing the posts, running the programs, helping moderate the channels, and doing the unglamorous work necessary to scale the community.
• Own HubSpot end to end. Workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, list management, properties, reporting. • Manage Apollo sequences and enrollment logic. SDR queue management, round robin assignment, sequence performance tracking, and cross-sequence conflict prevention. • Own the Freckle enrichment pipeline. Tiering logic, enrichment rates, data quality monitoring. • Build and maintain a lead scoring model tied to product usage signals and firmographic data. • Manage Segment event flow into HubSpot and downstream tools. Ensure data integrity across the entire marketing data stack. • Partner with growth engineering on experiment data and PLG signals feeding into the CRM. GrowthBook, Mixpanel, and Snowflake integrations. • Build dashboards and reporting that leadership actually trusts. Not vanity metrics. Real signal. • Maintain webhook integrations between HubSpot, Slack, Apollo, and internal tools. Monitor for failures and fix them fast.

• Lead a high-performing SDR team across inbound and outbound • Elevate follow-up quality, coach reps, and build a repeatable outbound engine • Optimize our GTM systems • Ensure fast, high-quality follow-up on thousands of inbound leads • Build and refine outbound strategy, cadences, ICP targeting, and messaging • Improve personalization, sequencing, and qualification for both motions • Track daily activity and conversion metrics to find improvements • Own SDR tooling: Clay or Freckle, HubSpot or Salesforce, Apollo • Improve lead routing, scoring, and enrichment • Identify automation opportunities without losing personalization • Partner with Sales, Growth, and Product for insights and alignment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Bolt.new and StackBlitz via email, chat, and occasional video calls—owning problems from first report through resolution • Surface bugs, product gaps, and patterns to Product and Engineering with clear, actionable context—you're the voice of the customer internally • Collaborate with internal teams to catch emerging issues early and advocate for customer needs in every conversation • Assist with QA and testing ahead of releases to help catch issues before they reach customers • Reduce friction for customers by building resources that scale—so we're not solving the same problem twice • Strengthen the feedback loop between customers and our product team, helping us build what users actually need • Represent Bolt with credibility and care in every interaction, whether it's a support ticket or a public thread
• Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, in-product, and push notifications. • Develop onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention flows triggered by real product behaviors. • Partner with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product to align messaging with launches, new features, user paint points and team-related milestones. • Create clear segmentation frameworks and cohort tracking to understand activation/retention patterns. • Design experiments across timing, channel mix, and messaging to continuously improve onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention metrics. • Build automated workflows and triggers in HubSpot (or similar) to scale lifecycle operations.
• Prospect into target accounts through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, messaging, light calling) • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales motion • Identify ideal customer profiles, key personas, and pain points through research and discovery • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to craft compelling outreach and hand off qualified opportunities • Track all activities, insights, and conversations in our CRM to maintain a clean and accurate pipeline • Experiment with new messaging, channels, and strategies to optimize conversion and learn quickly • Serve as a key voice in shaping how we scale our top-of-funnel motion
• Lead and empower your team by coaching and developing engineers through code reviews, pairing, 1:1s, and clear, actionable feedback. • Set technical direction and quality standards, balancing pragmatic delivery with long-term maintainability and managed tech debt. • Translate company goals into an executable roadmap with Product, Design, and AI partners, and coordinate cross-team architecture decisions. • Build a safe, high-performing team culture by hiring well, addressing performance issues early, and creating space to experiment and learn. • Unblock the team and improve velocity by clarifying requirements, advocating for resources, improving processes, and pushing back on unrealistic timelines. • Conduct performance reviews and own career development for core team members. • Hold regular 1:1s to support growth, remove blockers, and provide feedback. • Make hiring decisions and address performance issues proactively. • Build a high-performing, autonomous team culture. • Assign team members across features based on skills, capacity, and priorities. • Participate in coordination meetings with other Team Leads. • Regular 1:1s with Head of Engineering to align on priorities and resources. • Run weekly core team meetings for knowledge sharing. • Champion AI coding tools and model effective usage. • Build AI-powered core platform features and intelligent runtime capabilities. • Dogfood Bolt.new daily and drive product improvements.
