Analyst – PACE Consulting

• Support day-to-day delivery across multiple engagements, managing tasks, timelines, research, deliverables, and internal communications. • Translate complex policy, reimbursement, and business model information into clear business impacts and actionable recommendations for provider executives, boards, and operating teams. • Produce polished, client-ready deliverables (strategic plans, policy briefs, regulatory comment letters, white papers, market assessments, financial models, and compelling PowerPoint presentations) that turn complex analysis into compelling narratives and visuals. • Support presentation development of findings and recommendations to clients; facilitate working sessions and workshops with provider leadership. • With leadership direction, ramp up quickly onto new engagements, bringing structure, pace, and ownership to ambiguous problems from day one. • Analyze relevant legislation, statutes/regulations, and policies (e.g., the annual Medicare Advantage regulations and rate notices) and assess business insights, financial impact, and other strategic and operational implications for PACE • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into strategic insights; assess markets and competitors; model financial impact and develop pro formas; develop analytic frameworks and shells, identify trends, conduct data analysis, and draw signals from large healthcare datasets where applicable (Medicare claims, Medicaid data, encounter data, CMS public use files, EHR/clinical data). • Monitor ongoing market, regulatory, and policy developments to keep client recommendations timely and relevant. • Contribute to proposals, scoping conversations, and pursuit of work for new provider engagements, helping convert pipeline into sold work. • Identify replicable methodologies and assets from delivery work that can be built into reusable practice IP. • Participate in development programs and track growth with your supervisor.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in PACE, Medicare, and/or Medicaid healthcare operations or consulting.
- Subject matter knowledge in PACE applications or operations, or interest and capability to understand the details of operationalizing a PACE program.
- Strong consulting craft, including structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, polished written and visual communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with pace and rigor.
- Proven ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; comfortable working with data, developing models, and interpreting insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; a strong writer able to produce clear, compelling work across formats, including responses to competitive procurements, and to present confidently to senior executives and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead tasks, manage timelines, design and execute projects end-to-end, and manage up effectively.
- High level of professional maturity, initiative, resourcefulness, and ownership; ability to come up quickly on unfamiliar topics and work with incomplete or uncertain information; and willingness to pitch in and contribute meaningfully from the start.

• Perform structural and dynamic analyses to validate umbilical systems during launch and abort operations. • Evaluate disconnect timing, clearance requirements, and load conditions. • Analyze launch pad structures, support equipment, and integrated mechanical systems. • Support development of load cases and design validation activities. • Analyze test fixtures, stands, instrumentation hardware, and leak-check equipment. • Perform structural analysis on lifting fixtures, transport frames, handling rings, and associated tooling. • Evaluate load paths, rigging configurations, rated loads, and safety factors. • Develop hand calculations and finite element analysis (FEA) models to support design validation. • Prepare analysis reports for engineering releases and design reviews. • Collaborate with design and drafting teams to support structural design decisions. • Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety requirements.
• Actively collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable system solutions meeting business needs • Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of Workday solutions to implement new functionality and enhancements based on business and regional requirement • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex system issues and defects • Provide day to day Workday system support for a global userbase, including ticket resolution, audits, data uploads (EIBs) • Develop dashboards and advanced, matrix and composite reports that address business needs • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance and optimize processes within and outside the system using Workday capabilities • Stay current on new system features, updates and best practices and share insights with the team to facilitate continuous improvement • Create and deliver system training tools (i.e. process documentations, training sessions, communications)
