• Serve as the primary FTZ Support Team Lead and Tier 2 escalation point for QAD FTZ software • Intercept and triage complex compliance tickets to significantly reduce Engineering escalations • Manage, mentor, and train frontline FTZ Support Agents • Partner closely with FTZ Product and Engineering leadership • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for Top FTZ enterprise accounts

• Assist with the team's day-to-day operations and ensuring excellence in patient care coordination, phlebotomy services, and administrative operations. • Support daily team management, operational efficiency, and compliance. • Conduct regular quality checks on patient coordination activities, specimen documentation, and communication logs. • Provide daily support to the Phlebotomy Solutions team. • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of phlebotomists across designated locations. • Partner with Field Sales, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to resolve issues and ensure cohesive patient support.

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Onboarding Specialists to drive high performance and professional growth. • Onboard new hires and develop existing team members' consulting and presentation capabilities. • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide constructive feedback, and handle performance management to cultivate a cohesive, high-performing team. • Act as the primary point of contact for enablement-related project risks and client escalations. • Execute customized training programs tailored to various user personas (e.g., AP Clerks, Controllers, and CFOs). • Act as a primary consultant to client leadership, proactively identifying project risks to ensure continuous momentum. • Define, track, and report on key adoption metrics and the overall effectiveness of the team's configuration and training interventions. • Work alongside Implementation Management to develop and refine enablement resources, guides, and training templates to streamline the onboarding journey.

• Manage a team comprised of engineers, drafters, designers, and/or technicians • Ensure accurate, timely, and quality completion of Electrical Engineering scopes assigned to the team • Promote, implement, and reinforce internal processes and workflows that improve quality, consistency, and efficiency across the department • Assign work to and coordinate work with entry-level engineers, technicians, or administrative staff • Review and verify the work of engineers, designers, drafters, and field service personnel for general quality and accuracy • Support business development via Seller-Doer, assist with marketing tasks, and prepare proposals as needed • Prepare technical write-up for applicable change orders • Provide field assistance, troubleshooting, and observation reports • Maintain professional understanding of all applicable Codes and Standards, and construction practices
