• Analyze cloud spending, identify optimization opportunities, and implement cost-saving initiatives through collaboration with engineering teams • Develop and maintain cloud spend forecasts and budgets based on historical data and business trends • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into cloud costs, usage trends, and key drivers • Establish and enforce cloud financial governance practices, including tagging strategies and cost allocation models • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and product teams to incorporate FinOps best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
  • Experience with cloud platforms and cost management tools
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
  • Familiarity with FinOps principles and cloud billing models
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Advanced English – this role interacts daily with global teams. Availability to travel to São Carlos, SP when required.

Job Description Core Responsibilities - Support Proposal Operations and broader Business Operations teams by coordinating, tracking, and managing proposal-related activities, deliverables, and timelines in a fast-paced environment. - Own and maintain proposal operations reporting and tracking tools, leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to monitor workload, deadlines, compliance requirements, and operational metrics. - Coordinate recurring operational reporting (weekly/monthly), including analysis of proposal activity, cycle times, capacity, and process effectiveness; recommend enhancements to tools, templates, and workflows to drive efficiency and consistency. - Support proposal development efforts by organizing inputs, tracking approvals, managing version control, and ensuring deadlines and submission requirements are met. - Generate operational summaries, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership to support decision-making, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Document and improve proposal operations processes, identifying gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization and automation. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to support proposal execution and resolve issues impacting timelines or deliverables. - Exercise independent judgment and discretion in managing priorities, resolving operational issues, and recommending process improvements. - Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to managing multiple concurrent requests and deadlines. - Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; flexibility may be required to support critical proposal deadlines, including variable schedules or overtime as needed. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of Proposal Operations and Business Operations objectives.
