• Diseñar e implementar el modelo FinOps basado en el ciclo: • Informar – Optimizar – Operar • Definir e implementar: • políticas de etiquetado (tagging) • modelo de showback/chargeback • estructura de presupuestos y forecast • Establecer modelo de gobierno: • roles y responsabilidades (RACI) • comités de costo y revisiones periódicas • Asegurar la alineación con prácticas ITIL y operación del servicio • Implementar dashboards de consumo, costos y eficiencia (ej. Power BI) • Definir y hacer seguimiento a: • KPIs financieros cloud • desviaciones presupuestales • Generar reportes ejecutivos para cliente y stakeholders • Implementar alertas y controles de consumo • Identificar e implementar iniciativas de optimización: • rightsizing de recursos • eliminación de recursos no utilizados • apagado automático de entornos • optimización de storage y redes • Definir estrategias de: • reservas (Reserved Instances / Savings Plans) • autoscaling y scheduling • Ejecutar quick wins (30-60-90 días) y roadmap de ahorro • Implementar automatización para: • apagado programado de recursos • control de consumo • tagging automático • Integrar herramientas cloud con procesos de control financiero • Traducir consumo cloud en indicadores de valor para el negocio • Definir métricas de unit economics (costo por servicio/unidad) • Apoyar decisiones estratégicas de inversión en tecnología • Alinear el uso cloud con eficiencia operativa y sostenibilidad

  • Experiencia demostrada en:
