Associate General Manager, Creative Services

• Serve as a contact and liaison for senior client leadership and day-to-day needs • Foster client relationships, and assist in identifying new opportunities • Lead and participate in monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc client business review sessions • Refine and streamline day-to-day operations and processes across all divisions • Provide strategic operational improvements and facilitate their execution • Partner with all affiliated internal RRD teams to oversee projects from initial concept through final fulfillment • Demonstrate accountability for the team’s flawless execution and overall performance • Assist in staff management duties, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, coaching, and succession planning • Contribute to strategic planning by identifying the big picture and reaching beyond initial scope
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline is required
- At least 8 years of experience leading large teams as well as client services/account-focused leadership experience
- Extensive business management and leadership experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and pivot tables for comprehensive data analysis
- Deep understanding of the agency process, workflow, and culture
- Deep technical understanding of CMS systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, and various data import tools and methods
- Demonstrated experience running data profiles and creating metric reports
