Role Description The FTP BU Sponsorship and Congress Process and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for compliant execution, process management and administration of requests to support commercial sponsorship and exhibit requests. This role is responsible for the processing, execution and tracking of congress logistics for congresses the US Foundational Therapeutic Platform Business Unit. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced support and project manager professionals with strong organizational skills to leverage their experience but also take on increased responsibilities processing and coordinating conferences and sponsorships. How you will contribute: - 75%: Commercial Sponsorship Activities - Effective partner with cross functional internal and external partners (Sales, Legal and Compliance, Procurement, Finance, Analytics, Agencies of Record) to operationally support sales and marketing efforts of the team. - Execute on current process and lead optimization efforts to effectively support sponsorship and funding requests from external partner organizations. - Provide oversight, guidance, and support to Internal and External stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring compliance with all policies and SOPs. - Key participant in auditing process. Provide high quality documentation and responsiveness to audit requests and follow-on monitoring requirements. - Conduct systematic reviews of transactions to ensure that the required documents are submitted, approvals are completed correctly, exceptions are followed-up on and resolved, and activities are archived. - Continuously monitor for process and system efficiency through operational reporting, direct observation, and feedback to develop enhancements that improve effectiveness and efficiencies associated with processes. - Ensure end-users are properly trained on system functionality and process-related requirements, through delivery of formal hands-on training sessions and serve as an operational subject matter expert to address questions, provide advice and/or recommendations. - 25%: Tier 2-3 HAE Congress Execution Activities - Oversee and manage the planning and execution of regionally based / smaller scale congress logistics. - Support the FTP BU Congress Lead and Professional Engagement Marketer(s) on the development of the annual congress plan. - Assist in the ongoing management of overall annual congress progression and planning. - Ensure adherence with all policies including product theaters where applicable. - Provide support to brand and manager on cross functional coordination, communication, and material shipping. - Provide support to Professional Engagement Marketers to coordinate and schedule HCP engagements at some larger marketing led congresses. - Participate in PRT reviews, attend and contribute to planning of HCP conferences, events, educational content and programs. - Help build trust in Takeda and lasting presence of Takeda in communities through enabling flawless execution of education and support programs. Role Description The Supply Chain Master Data Analyst is responsible for end-to-end ownership of material master data in SAP, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, creation of new material and compliance. This role will lead to the preparation and enablement of the Supply Chain team for the transition to SAP S/4HANA, including recommending best practices in data management. Additionally, the role supports Material Requirements Planning (MRP) parameter configuration and spare parts inventory management to optimize supply chain performance. Salary Range The full pay range for this role is $84,700 - $141,100, and the good faith estimated starting pay for this position upon hire is $90,000 to $115,000. This role is responsible for ensuring supply continuity, managing project risks, and driving successful execution of product and supplier transitions in line with Eaton’s Aerospace Supplier Transition processes. • Lead end-to-end global sales order fulfilment across 23 international locations, managing inventory allocation, transfers, and supply chain strategy while tracking KPIs such as OTIF, cycle time, and inventory turns to ensure consistent service delivery. • Own the complete Proof of Concept (POC) lifecycle—from asset management and provisioning through QA validation and return logistics—partnering with Sales Engineering to maximise utilisation and automate workflows in NetSuite and Salesforce. • Manage the global RMA process, optimising reverse logistics workflows and coordinating with vendors and support teams to minimise turnaround times and drive continuous improvement. • Oversee relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, developing carrier strategies, optimising global routing, and ensuring full trade compliance including IOR/EOR, export controls, and customs documentation. • Manage IT hardware procurement, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate with Finance and Operations on demand forecasting and inventory planning across the global network. • Own and continuously improve NetSuite and Salesforce logistics processes, driving automation initiatives, API integrations, and AI/ML-powered insights to eliminate manual work, improve data integrity, and accelerate supply chain decisions. • Lead the digital transformation roadmap for supply chain operations—designing and implementing end-to-end process automation across order fulfilment, RMA, POC, and inventory, and building BI dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into performance and risk.
