• Design and architect modules and feature areas for Wholesale Electricity Market Management (MMS) applications. • Lead technical design discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and design reviews. • Collaborate with engineering, project, and customer teams to deliver solutions effectively. • Define scope, estimate effort, and work with the Project Manager to establish timelines. • Evaluate technology options and make informed decisions based on analysis, risk, and technical fit. • Ensure technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with product solution architecture and standards. • Develop a strong understanding of the overall MMS solution and module interactions; serve as a subject matter expert in assigned areas. • Design interfaces and information exchange between modules and systems. • Own code quality, performance, and technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide technical leadership in an Agile environment and guide a team of 5–7 developers as needed. • Promote standardization, reuse, and limited customization of product capabilities. • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define requirements, manage changes, and support successful delivery. • Mentor team members and support complex customer implementations. • Document technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support resolution of defects and production concerns.

• Responsible for Technical Leadership of configuration management aspects of engineering development, implementation, launch, continuous improvement, and expansion of digital product suite related to project delivery • Collaborate with Engineering to develop and prioritize configuration management decision making related to features, product-market fit, and broader digital product roadmap • Provides the day-to-day team/technical leadership of the process • Track compliance to policies and procedures and resolving or escalating any compliance issues • Facilitate configuration management CM change management process and audits • Facilitate communication and engaging business and IT management to encourage CM efforts and value propositions • Be responsible for successful implementation, initial support and maintenance of configuration management information system (CMIS) • Engage with strategic projects to ensure configuration management can deliver the required CMIS functionality within project periods • Review and approve all changes to the CMIS infrastructure where applicable • Review and approve significant IT infrastructure changes to ensure impacts to configuration management data are addressed • Mentor the organization of CM services, concepts, policies, and procedures • Provide and approve all requirements, use cases, user stories, etc. to support new or improving CMIS functionality • Review and approve all requests for the administrator log on credentials and access rights to the CMIS infrastructure • Review and publish configuration management reporting
