• Perform full accounting bookkeeping for the Payment Institution according to the COSIF standard, ensuring adherence to BACEN rules and applicable regulations; • Record accounting events in accordance with COSIF, BCB Resolution No. 2, CPCs accepted by BACEN and other prudential standards; • Execute accounting and financial reconciliations, including: bank accounts; transit/clearing accounts; Pix settlement; contas gráficas (graphic accounts); customer and partner balances; float control and payment balances; • Control accounting provisions, contingencies, expected credit losses (ECL), impairment, taxes, judicial deposits and asset movements; • Support and execute monthly, semi-annual and annual accounting closings, ensuring integrity, traceability and compliance of information; • Prepare and validate mandatory financial statements, including: Balance Sheet (BP); Income Statement / Statement of Profit or Loss (DRE); Statement of Comprehensive Income (DRA); Cash Flow Statement (DFC); Statement of Changes in Equity (DMPL); Notes to the Financial Statements; Management Report; Support for the Independent Auditor's Report; • Prepare and support regulatory and prudential submissions to BACEN, including Document 9010 and other applicable accounting CADOCs; • Ensure proper segregation of payment accounts and validation of prudential accounting classifications; • Control operating revenues and expenses of the financial operation, including MDR (merchant discount rate), fees and other financial products; • Support the calculation and monitoring of prudential indicators, such as: Reference Equity (PR); minimum regulatory capital; simplified Basel framework for Payment Institutions; • Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring audit trail, supporting documentation and regulatory compliance; • Monitor regulatory changes from the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN), CPC/IFRS and other standards applicable to the financial and payments market; • Support the implementation and accounting control of intangible assets in accordance with BCB resolutions, including: capitalization/recognition of internally developed products; project control; CAPEX/OPEX segregation; • Support processes related to equity, share capital and the prudential statements of the Payment Institution; • Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes, internal controls and automation of the finance and regulatory area.

• Liderar tecnicamente o planejamento, implantação e evolução da infraestrutura e das ferramentas DevOps; • Projetar arquiteturas seguras, resilientes e escaláveis, alinhadas a requisitos regulatórios, de segurança da informação e de negócio; • Definir e evoluir padrões de automação, CI/CD, observabilidade, controle de acesso e gestão de ambientes; • Garantir que a infraestrutura e as ferramentas sejam provisionadas, configuradas e gerenciadas de forma eficiente, segura e escalável; • Automatizar processos críticos, priorizando confiabilidade, rastreabilidade, auditoria e redução de riscos operacionais; • Atuar em projetos DevOps de ponta a ponta, desde o desenho da solução até a operação; • Apoiar tecnicamente a resposta a incidentes, análise de causa raiz e definição de planos de ação; • Colaborar com times de desenvolvimento, SRE, segurança e operações, apoiando decisões técnicas e a integração das soluções; • Criar e manter documentação técnica, arquitetural e procedimentos operacionais, com foco em auditoria e conformidade; • Participar do planejamento de capacidade, arquitetura, escalabilidade, disponibilidade e segurança da informação; • Monitorar e garantir a disponibilidade, desempenho e segurança dos ambientes; • Gerenciar controle de acesso a ferramentas DevOps e recursos de Cloud Azure (VMs, containers, bancos de dados, entre outros); • Apoiar e reforçar processos de segurança, garantindo aderência a políticas internas, boas práticas de mercado e exigências regulatórias.
• Plan, create, and review content for various channels: blog and website; rich assets (e-books, guides, etc.); newsletters and email marketing; social media; video scripts. • Ensure consistency of communication and alignment with the brand voice. • Support the creation and management of the content calendar. • Develop content focused on lead generation and lead nurturing. • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns: Google Ads; Social Ads (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.). • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (content and media). • Recommend continuous improvements based on data and results. • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to align strategies.
• Strategic Planning: Develop the annual events calendar and define the strategy for participation in national trade shows. • Trade Show Coordination: Lead end-to-end execution of congresses and trade shows (from selecting the space and booth construction to logistics). • Communications Management: Plan, together with the creative/content team, the full communication cadence for the market, ensuring brand promotion before, during and after events. • Budget Management: Full control of the budget, negotiate with vendors (booth builders, promotional items, catering, platforms) and continuously pursue cost and ROI optimization. • Digital and Hybrid Events: Plan and coordinate logistics for webinars and live streams, ensuring technical quality and audience engagement. • Stakeholder Management: Directly interface with business verticals, the sales team and strategic partners to align expectations and goals for each initiative. • Measurement of Results: Analyze event KPIs such as cost per lead generated, brand reach and impact on the sales funnel.
• Lead stages of the UX/UI process independently, from discovery through handoff to development; • Create intuitive flows, user journeys, and interfaces for digital products; • Plan and conduct user research to validate product hypotheses and inform design decisions; • Analyze metrics and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement; • Create wireframes and medium- to high-fidelity interactive prototypes; • Work with design systems to ensure consistency across interfaces; • Document design solutions to facilitate implementation by the development team; • Collaborate with PMs, developers, and stakeholders on product decisions; • Contribute to the evolution of design processes and to the quality of the team's deliverables.
