Role Description The User Experience Research Team is seeking a UX Research Operations Manager to help with our mission of making classrooms a better place for students and teachers. Be part of the ongoing evolution of i-Ready by playing a pivotal role in helping the research process run smoothly and improve in efficiency. The impact you’ll have: - Manage end-to-end recruitment of educators and students for research studies: usability testing, 1:1 interviews, focus groups, surveys, co-design, pilots/betas - Own relationships and logistics management with site and vendor partners - Continuously evaluate research management tools and processes to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable, and offer solutions to improve these tools and processes - Collaborate on outreach for locating new in-person testing partner sites - Develop new/maintain existing participant databases, templates, screeners, scheduling procedures - Own onsite and remote study logistics Qualifications - You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in research operations - You’re a self-starter who can take an assignment and run with it, even expanding on it or helping to shape the request when appropriate - You enjoy and excel at cross-functional collaboration - Excellent written and oral communication skills - You’re comfortable speaking up when you have questions and ideas - You’re interested in the “why” behind problems and can think through a system - You are adept with project management skills and working with databases/spreadsheets - Experience securely managing personally identifiable information or information otherwise subject to regulatory considerations Requirements - Experience with K-12 education is a plus - History of managing cross-time-zone collaboration across nationally distributed teams Benefits - Pay Range – This role’s range is $69,250-$118,250. - Benefit eligible employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. - Employees can enroll in our company’s 401k plan and receive an employer match. - Employees have access to a flexible vacation and sick policy in addition to twelve paid holidays and a winter office closure between Christmas and New Year's. - A number of additional perks and benefits.
