Autodesk
• Own and shape the product strategy and roadmap for the Fusion Machine Digital Twin solution • Drive CAM machine simulation and verification • Shape post processing and customer experience • Lead manufacturing libraries and assets • Partner with the Autodesk partnership team to create and expand relationships with machine, fixture, and tool vendors • Work closely with the Autodesk partnership team to lead the integration of partner add-ins into the Autodesk App Store • Collaborate with Autodesk Technology Centers to validate machine simulation, post processing, and content libraries • Drive the outcome metrics that matter • Collaborate with our Fusion Design, Fusion Operations, and Fusion Manage teams
Job Requirements
- Deep technical credibility in CAM machine simulation, post processors, machine kinematics, or manufacturing content libraries
- Working knowledge of CAM workflows on real machines; turn-mill/mill-turn experience strongly preferred
- People or matrixed-team leadership
- Excellent verbal and written English; comfortable with teams distributed across multiple locations and time zones
- Prior PM experience in CAD / CAM / simulation / digital-twin / tooling-library or similar domain preferred
- Hands-on post-processor authoring; multi-axis kinematic modelling preferred
- Experience with commercial simulation engines and a clear point of view on how a modern Machine Digital Twin should differ
- Mechanical, manufacturing, or control-systems engineering degree preferred

Role Description You are an innovative and driven product leader looking to chart a path forward for a suite of healthtech products. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and growing team, and to be both strategic and hands-on. You will have the opportunity to set, share, and gain buy-in for the vision for our products, while also closely collaborating with our engineering, sales, customer success, marketing, finance, and operations teams. As part of this role, you will be actively leveraging AI on a daily basis to drive roadmap investment decisions and feature direction.
