Performance Designer – Contractor, Part Time
Maven Clinic
• Design static paid social assets across Meta, IG, and beyond • Build and test creative from a metrics-first mindset: CTR, CVR, hook rate, and thumb-stop rate • Stay alert to what’s performing across the competitive landscape while protecting Maven’s distinctive voice and positioning • Partner with our performance and creative strategy teams to turn insights into smarter creative • Embrace the test-and-learn cycle: ship, measure, optimize, repeat
Job Requirements
- A portfolio that reflects both elevated taste and proven DTC results
- Fluency in DTC creative strategy and ecommerce: you design for conversion without sacrificing craft
- Genuine excitement about building in an early-stage, 0-to-1 environment
- Someone who welcomes feedback, thrives on moving targets, and doesn’t miss deadlines
- Experience in women’s lifestyle or wellness content is a strong plus
- 20 hours/week availability
- Bonus: experience in video and motion design
- Bonus: Availability to start within 2 weeks
