Mawave

• Du gestaltest Creative-Kampagnen für Mawave’s eigene digitalen Kanäle: Social-Media-Kanäle (Statics, Videos, UGC und Animationen), Newsletter und die Website. • Du erstellst kreative Konzepte für Mawave’s Events (Einladungen bis hin zu Messestand-Design) und PR Aktionen. • Mit deiner Erfahrung kümmerst du dich um Bildsprache, Bildbearbeitung & Shooting-Begleitung. • Im Bereich Videoediting cuttest und gradest du Social Media Posts und Award Videos. • Zusammen im Team geht es an die visuelle Recherche und kreative Ideenentwicklung für Marketing Kampagnen. • Du erstellst aussagekräftiges Storytelling, um unsere Kunden-Projekte nach außen zu tragen (Speakings, Case Studies, Pitch-Präsentationen). • Die Weiterentwicklung der Mawave-CI liegt mit in deiner Verantwortung. • Bei Freier Kapazität: Offenheit für Unterstützung in unseren Projetkteams auf Kunden langfristig: Pitch-Support > Slideerstellung. • Die Kreation von Mawave Merch für die Crew, Events oder das Office liegt ebenfalls in deiner Verantwortung.

Job Requirements

  • Du hast bereits mind. 2 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media Content Creation & Design gesammelt
  • Du sprühst vor Ideen und konntest deine Kreativität schon über verschieden Kanäle hinweg (Digital & Print) beweisen
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Programmen der Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop), idealerweise auch After Effects und Illustrator
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für aktuelle Trends auf Instagram, Tiktok und Co.
  • Du bringst einen selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil mit ausgeprägter Hands-on Mentalität mit

Instructional Designer analyzes the training needs for client-based programs. Works closely with clients to assess, develop, and implement training materials. Designs and develops new hire, cross-training, and other training materials using ADDIE and other curriculum development methodology. Assesses content development effectiveness to enhance training content as needed. Partners with Operations, Clients, and all other stakeholders to build knowledge checks, assessments, and training recommendations when needed. During a Typical Day, You’ll: - Design, Development, and Implementation (60%) - Design and develop learning objectives and outcomes. - Partner with internal and external clients to create and edit training materials. - Select the most effective instructional methods for delivery, including but not limited to, eLearning, Self-Paced Training, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), or Virtual ILT delivery methods. - Design and develop facilitator and participant material for new hire, continuous, and cross-training by project. - Design practical application scenarios including practical application exercises, role-plays, case studies, games, and simulations. - Develop and maintain knowledge artifacts to be used in both training and production. - Develop and conduct Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions. - Maintain source materials and final content in a shared location (SharePoint) for future development needs. - Project and Program Management (20%) - Develop timelines and project plans for development, deliver project plans, and receive approval of timelines. - Partner with all customers (internal and external) to identify training needs by program. - Schedule and lead regular project meetings with all clients (internal and external) to include communication of project status and development. - Training Analysis/Evaluation (20%) - Conduct Front End Analysis (FEA) to identify curriculum objectives and development needs. - Conduct analysis on operational performance to identify knowledge gaps. - Develop training action plans for individuals and groups based on performance needs. - Measure the effectiveness of training and modify content when gaps are identified. - Develop evaluations of content that are linked to the performance objectives to aid in validating content effectiveness. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning/Training, Graphic Arts, or other related educational fields) and relevant curriculum design experience required, or a combination of education and experience. - ISD Certifications are highly desirable. - Certifications in design programs (Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.) are highly desirable. - Minimum of 3 years of professional training and development experience. - 1-3 years of Instructional or Curriculum Design preferred. - Call Center experience is preferred.
