Maven Clinic

• Execute on product launches end-to-end — positioning, messaging, launch assets, and cross-functional coordination • Build sales enablement materials including pitch content, competitive positioning, and product messaging for the upcoming sales year • Own PMM content for the annual sales kickoff in February • Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain launch momentum and sales readiness

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 30-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around: • Life coaching • Accountability partner in achieving goals • Life skill development, transitions, organization • Adopting and maintaining healthy lifestyle • Yoga & Fitness programs • Mindfulness & Self-regulation • Holistic health • Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups • Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members through 20-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging, including guidance on: • Weight management, including weight loss, weight gain, and GLP-1 medication support • Prenatal, postpartum, and fertility nutrition • Gestational diabetes • Nausea, low appetite, and strategies for reintroducing food tolerance • PCOS-related nutrition and metabolic support • Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups • Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 20-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around: • Weight loss/weight gain concerns • Prenatal counseling • Gestational diabetes results and testing • Preparation for breastfeeding nutrition • Prenatal / Postpartum/ Fertility nutrition • Nausea/can't keep food down/how to reintroduce appetite • PCOS • Eating Disorders • Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups • Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone

• Provide virtual 60-minute education appointments covering the birth process, labor and delivery preferences, postpartum considerations, and questions to ask their in-person provider • Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups • Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone

• Own claims and savings projections and retrospective analyses across Maven's employer benefit programs—including performance guarantee assessments, value-based care arrangement modeling, and spend and enrollment projections across Maven's full program portfolio • Build, maintain, and scale Maven's actuarial and ROI models in Excel, ensuring methodological rigor and integrating models into team workflows for self-service use • Conduct actuarial confidence evaluations to inform revenue recognition decisions and assess financial risk in value-based arrangements • Support RFP responses with actuarial projections, benchmarking, and methodology documentation • Perform detailed claims analytics for individual and pooled client populations, including evaluation of performance guarantees based on claims data evaluations • Join sales and client success calls—including with brokers and benefits consultants—to speak with authority on outcomes methodology, ROI, and actuarial assumptions • Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, research publications, industry conferences, and partner with Marketing to reach actuarial and benefits audiences • Manage external actuarial vendor relationships, serving as owner and subject matter expert on scoping and quality of deliverables

• Own real time execution during assigned shifts across chat and phone queues. • Monitor queue health, coverage, and workload distribution to ensure timely responses. • Step in directly to handle complex cases or volume spikes as needed. • Serve as day to day support for a team of Member Services Associates. • Provide real time coaching on judgment calls, prioritization, and handling ambiguous cases where no clear script exists. • Conduct quality reviews and deliver clear, actionable feedback. • Support onboarding and ramping of new hires. • Act as the first line escalation point for pharmacy and insurance issues including missing information, coverage rejects, routing questions, and fulfillment delays. • Partner with internal teams to resolve escalated member issues while maintaining non clinical boundaries. • Ensure appropriate handling and escalation of safety concerns or sensitive disclosures. • Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, scripts, and workflows. • Identify breakdowns in workflows and flag patterns or risks to leadership. • Help test, roll out, and reinforce new workflows, macros, or tooling changes. • Support team performance across response time, resolution quality, and member satisfaction.

• Edit and produce paid social video ads optimized for performance across Meta, IG, and beyond • Build and test from a metrics-first mindset: CTR, CVR, hook rate, hold rate, and thumb-stop rate • Stay alert to what’s performing across the competitive landscape while protecting Maven’s distinctive voice and positioning • Move fast: test, analyze, pivot, repeat • Collaborate closely with our performance and creative strategy teams to translate insights into better creative

• Design static paid social assets across Meta, IG, and beyond • Build and test creative from a metrics-first mindset: CTR, CVR, hook rate, and thumb-stop rate • Stay alert to what’s performing across the competitive landscape while protecting Maven’s distinctive voice and positioning • Partner with our performance and creative strategy teams to turn insights into smarter creative • Embrace the test-and-learn cycle: ship, measure, optimize, repeat

• Project manage channel initiatives - such as pipeline automation and provider credentialing • Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management • Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences
