Role Description Cisco’s Engineering Talent Acquisition team is seeking a technical recruiter to help us build the future of our organization by engaging and hiring best-in-industry Hardware and ASIC talent. - Identify and engage with passive and active talent. - Stay ahead of market trends and connect with applicants and referrals. - Be the first point of contact for future employees. - Advise business leaders on best-in-industry hiring practices. - Participate in continuous education to train leaders and interviewers. - Guide stakeholders in crafting appealing and compliant job descriptions. - Structure interview panels and lead debriefs. - Secure quality hires. - Build and engage with talent pipelines. - Partner with hiring managers on all aspects of Talent Acquisition. - Develop strong business acumen and understand engineering teams’ work. Qualifications - 6+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred). - 2+ years of experience hiring for Hardware or ASIC engineering. - 2+ years of proven experience in a regulated industry, government contractor, or OFCCP-compliant environment. Requirements - Thorough understanding of EEO laws. - Experience managing immigration in a recruiting landscape. - Experience influencing business leaders to adopt new practices. - Experience using data to analyze trends and identify roadblocks. - Demonstrated experience staying aware of current trends in the AI field.
