• Leverage a strong understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud capabilities • Play an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the development team • Perform ongoing Salesforce administration tasks, including user management • Implement and maintain customizations and enhancements per client requirements • Proactively monitor Salesforce instances for health and performance issues • Identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution • Work with clients and stakeholders to build clear use cases • Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques

Job Requirements

  • 1–4 years of professional consulting experience
  • 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
