Role Description Als Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) übernimmst du eine seniore Gestaltungsrolle an den Schnittstellen von Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management und Cloud Governance. Qualifications - Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Beratung oder in vergleichbaren technischen Rollen, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Cloud, Security oder IAM. - Fundierte, praktische Kenntnisse der Microsoft Azure Plattform – insbesondere in den Bereichen Identity (Entra ID), Security (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel) und Governance (Azure Policy, Management Groups). - Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von IAM-Architekturen: SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC), Privileged Identity Management, Identity Lifecycle Management. - Verständnis von Cloud-Compliance-Frameworks und regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie deren Übertragung in technische Steuerungsmaßnahmen. - Ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles Denkvermögen: Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge strukturiert zu analysieren, zu dokumentieren und verständlich zu kommunizieren. - Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kunden auf Entscheider- und Fachebene – sicheres Auftreten, Präsentationsstärke und Kommunikationsgeschick. - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. • Migrate customers from newly acquired alarm companies into Salesforce — accurately creating accounts, service addresses, contacts, and billing records. • Set up each integrated customer correctly: billing cycle and cadence, the correct recurring line items (alarm monitoring, video security, access control), and connection to the central monitoring station. • Handle multi-location accounts cleanly — e.g., a single billing entity with multiple service addresses across the country. • Partner with leadership through the post-close integration of each acquisition, flagging issues and edge cases proactively. • Pull Salesforce data each month to calculate total RMR and new RMR. • Build the monthly attrition report, accounting for new customers, price changes, discounts, cancellations, and transfers. • Maintain the trailing-six-month view used by leadership to track RMR and attrition trends over time. • Create and maintain customer subscriptions each month with the correct line items and billing cadence (e.g., monthly or quarterly). • Process account updates: billing changes, address changes, added scopes of service, and other modifications. • Serve as a point person for RMR changes in Salesforce, with leadership review before implementation.

• Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce-integrated forms and workflows, including platforms such as Titan, to support lead capture, operational processes, and partner interactions • Manage and test integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, ensuring accurate data flow and reliable system connectivity • Configure and maintain webhooks, middleware integrations, and automation workflows using platforms such as Workato • Support the implementation and optimization of digital experience platforms connected to Salesforce, ensuring seamless user experiences and clean data capture • Maintain Salesforce data hygiene by monitoring incoming data from forms and integrations, identifying duplicates or inconsistencies, and supporting processes that ensure accurate and reliable CRM data • Perform integration testing, troubleshooting and QA to validate form submissions, API connections, and downstream automation • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure integrations align with business requirements • Monitor integration performance, identify issues proactively, and implement improvements to enhance system reliability • Maintain documentation for integrations, workflows, and system dependencies to support operational continuity
