Job Summary The Senior Executive Assistant to the CTO and CIO plays a critical role in enabling high performance, operational excellence, and strategic execution across the Technology organization of our firm. The Senior Executive Assistant is a trusted partner who anticipates needs, manages complex priorities, protects executive time, and ensures seamless execution across a rapidly evolving technical environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, confidentiality, organizational skill, and the ability to bridge communication between technical teams and senior business leaders. Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the CTO and CIO; handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion, anticipate needs, and provide proactive resolutions Manage schedules by exercising expert judgement to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment Assist with meeting scheduling, preparation, and execution by coordinating agendas, materials, attendees, and follow-up documentation Consolidate and analyze highly technical information; organize and refine into actionable reports and documents Track project milestones, key deliverables, and follow-up actions for leadership initiatives Plan and coordinate travel, logistics, expenses, and materials for internal and external engagements and events Support digital operations by effectively managing and maintaining knowledge, files, and documentation while serving as a Microsoft 365 super-user Support email and communication management, including drafting responses, prioritizing messages, and ensuring timely follow-up Serve as a liaison for the CTO and CIO with internal and external stakeholders, providing seamless communication Qualifications:
Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting executive leadership in a professional services environment
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt internal tools and technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot)
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while handling multiple projects at once, assigned from multiple people
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
- Ability to analyze and synthesize highly technical documents, data, and dashboards to recommend solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently, collaboratively, and take initiative with minimal oversight

The estimated base pay range for this role is $66,000-89,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
- Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
