• Develop and execute creator-driven strategies for clients in the impact space. • Support campaign execution on day-to-day operations for accounts. • Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact. • Identify and engage creators who align with client campaign goals. • Coordinate creator partnerships throughout the campaign lifecycle. • Develop campaign communications, messaging briefs, outreach materials. • Analyze campaign impact through performance metrics synthesis. • Collaborate with the team to contribute to the holistic vision of the Accounts team. • Stay ahead of trends in the creator marketing landscape.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years working in the digital, social media, creator or communications space.
- Previous experience in working on digital campaigns for advocacy and social impact causes.
- Passion and enthusiasm for progressive politics and social impact causes.
- Organized and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced and hyper growth environment.
- Experience in creating briefs, decks and memos a plus.
- Experience with digital ads, paid media a plus.
- Experience in Account Management a plus.
- Experience in startups or organizations with under 20 employees a plus.
